Re: Has anyone noticed?
I would not say any alliance beside ultores is winning before the last two ticks, Ultores is known for being sneaky bastards, who knows what they got hidden in stock or out of tag.

Cleary FAnG HCs are propagandaing our own members aswell, to keep dicipline before we have actualy know we are winning, and are secure App/Ult/DFKTW dont got any more aces up their sleeve.
Thinking Ult is death is not something i will do

Maybe it should, but I was at work and couldn't organise anything. What has this got to do with anything, btw? Especially this topic? An attempt to embarrass me or something? Do you think I am the first person to crash/be crashed on/miscalc?
Get a grip, dude.

This has everything to do with the topic, and my point is Ultores cannot afford to crash value like that.
PS, it's not an attempt to embarras you, I'm just pointing out the obvious.

Ultores seems way to active tonight to think it is all over.
Ult has come from behind before, and they got a lot more resources stocked, its gonna be a close race.

Re: Has anyone noticed?
It's wrapped up already tbh, not because Ultores can't possibly close the gap, but because there's no way to change the political situation and actually give them a chance to do it. Some people think this is a good thing, but sure has been the most boring round in a long time. At least we'll get some good drama regarding pwin.

See, Ultores have been doing us all a favour these last few rounds.
Ultores: we're sorry, you were right all along. Can you please win all rounds after this one, from here on out?

To be honest I think ultores' best rounds are behind them, activity is nothing like it used to be (myself included) and from my perspective a lot of the "core" players aren't playing like they can...the only reason ultores haven't lost earlier is because there hasn't been anyone worthwhile to challenge them both militarily AND politically...
My 2 cents....

This is the best ultores ive played against. Maybe not the activity, clearly not the leadership, but the setup. Ive never witnessed such willpower to defend

That's just because of the stats.

Yeah the stats are set so defence is easier and is probably also why ultores cant roid their way back with the ease they have in past rounds.
Ult's activity is definatly nothing like it was 3 rounds ago.. only reason FaNG will win is because these elements came together at the same time.. a round with more offensive sets and the same teams would see Ultores win again.

Ult can easily roid their way back by hitting none forts. or smaller allies like theyve done in the past. And dont tell me keeping up moral and willpower in a alllie when hitting targets that is barely roidable by most this round. Ult more or less declared war on FAnG when they started coordinating attacks on FAnG alongside other allies, and we have fought the war so far, and we will continue untill ult is defeated.

Re: Has anyone noticed?
What's plain to see is that although they will win FanG don't have the core quality that ultores do this imo is reflected in the fact that ult are only 6m behind and fang have had a roid lead for a substantial part of the round. Granted the roids ebbed and flowed between the two sides of the war most of the round but overall I think for the majority of the round fang have had the roids.
Also to keep it this close given the sides of the block are what 3 v 6 at least? in fangs favour and probably more stacked towards them given the fact that the remaining quality in the pa player base, that isnt cheating or in ult, are probably spread around fang's allies. Shows that ult has far superior quality.
What has beaten them is a defensive set of stats and a block that has finally decided to sacrifice all else to ensure ult don't win again. I don't care what alliance you are your gonna run out of fleet slots at some point.
I hope this isn't the end of ultores as an alliance since imo they still are the best, in terms of pure member quality, in PA today.

Re: Has anyone noticed?
Frankly we haven't had the quality to cope with this kind of sustained pressure in this or either of the previous two rounds. We've been handed the chance to take some late wins thanks to political swings that our opponents haven't repeated this time around.
Given the defensive stats, our roid loss has been pretty poor this round. We won our first few rounds on the strength of our defence and we simply haven't been up to scratch in conditions that should have helped us.
Fang have taken advantage of ND and CT's wishes to see changes in the status quo and barring miracles, are worthy winners, having outperformed us in almost every area.

All along i thought ND was napped with ult, and did not want to break this NAP, how ever, again my intel is outperformed by Ults.

Yes, it is. Although I doubt anyone would be surprised to find out you don't know what you're talking about. Apparently the one thing this round's Fang doesn't do well is magnanimous victory.
(In some cases)
