Unused bonus bug

if you have bonus rp to use from the upgrade bonus
say 8400
you then complete a quest that gives 500
your unused bonus now shows as 500
and once you use that you have to come out and go back into unused bonus before the 8400 shows again
it doesn't just add it to the total

Not sure I catch your point, but upgrade bonus and start up/quest bonus is two different "tabs".

when you accept your upgrade bonus, it goes into the unused bonus tab

No it doesn't..
On the bonuses page there are two distinct tabs:

• "Unused Bonuses": this are the startup + quests bonuses;
• "Upgrade Bonuses": upgrade bonus;

When you accept the upgrade bonus then it remains on the "Upgrade bonuses". tab

However - and this is what is causing the confusing - when you've spent all your startup bonuses (i.e. "unused bonuses") then this tab disappears and only the "upgrade bonuses" tab is shown..

So if you then complete a quest then it is suddenly back to the two tabs page.
