prices and stuff are ok as they are. we'll make money anyway. those who want, can invest it in vehicles, those who don't, well... don't. the factions and honoursystem I like a lot. np with the restarting, specialy if you allow us to remain as and where we are. I don't find the idea of going trough the statstuff to appealing myself, and it's not like we've reached much yet, so a restart in a new thread would be no biggy, not if you do it as you suggest. Transportfees are good as they are aswell, since they have an overal effect, as you stated in the beginning. Starships: as Fluffie said...

for suggestions: will it eventualy be possible for us to have a "base of operations"? rent a postadress? (for missions etc, a mailbox in a hotel or something...)

Re: Mercenaries: Dark Void

I think vehicle prices should stay... Higher than weapons and stuff. Because, they are, after all, vehicles. Bigger. Badder.

And stuff.

But they're sooooo expensive right now
But.... Yeah. This is a case of the duality of teh Fluff.

I should shut up. Baai xxx

I'll definately come back to this thread if we can finally get our, rather sneaky, show on the road.
I'm still the most sneaky group of people around, all blend armour

We could have picknicks on our Death Star. We couldn't have picknicks on a nuked planet.

Well...

Maybe you, you're just weird

Course you can have a picnick on a nuked planet. All the radiation gives it a nice green glowy effect!

Re: Mercenaries: Dark Void

A permanent address would be counterproductive as you're never going to find an area where you'll be able to get permanent employment (without quitting the mercenary scene altogether and working in MacDonalds or something, obviously). If you bought a starship you'd be able to permanently billet your Company on it.

a permenant adress would be more in the idea of possible costumers knowing where to turn to, a place to stockpile equipment not being used, stuff like that, once we have our own forms of transportation. everyone needs a home afterall :P

I also, shall be back.

|The vehicle prices are propably okay, as long as you provide opurtunity to steal them on occasion A mobile base (like prefabs or something) could be useful though.

Re: Mercenaries: Dark Void

If someone wants to contact you directly with an offer, Zappa, there are far more easy ways to do it in the high tech futuristic world of the thread than mailing you a letter.

PK, you're fine to steal vehicles so long as you have three-or-so vehicle drivers with you at the time...

Re: Mercenaries: Dark Void

Interest is now sufficient to convince me to continue with the thread.

DMing is going to be regular but infrequent, likely on a once-a-week basis.
