a good reason not to use f secure anti virus
we use f secure at work, and to be honest, it has been nothing but trouble, there is always something going wrong with it, or it will tell us that we have trojans on our computers that it cannot get rid of etc etc etc...

anyway, turning our computers on this morning, we got a warning message:

warning, your virus definition databases have not been updated in 48998 days, do you wish to update them now?
now this may just be me, but, 48998/365 = 134 (roughly)
and im DAMN sure that the comuter isnt that old (in fact, its about a year old)


damn you f secure and your inability to get anything right!

i am actually tempted to e mail either our IT guys or f secure them selves, however, i can be bothered as they would both blame each other and those conversations (even by e mail) can get really depressing
