Each "Cyp" seems to run through the main loop minimum 45 times per second... So I guess they aren't loosing track of each other due to not enough processor time...
Edit: Increased the friendly tank safety radius to 10 pixels instead of 1, they seem to have stopped shooting each other, and started shooting the other tanks instead... Seem to be able to beat the stupidest bots easily, now.
