Im trying to design a questionnaire that would be suitable for people in secondary schools, and slightly older, like sixth form who play computer games.

Heres my very first question that I feel I should ask:

What age range do you fall into?
A:12 years and under B:13 to 17 C:18 to 22 D:23 and over

Anything wrong with that?

Net obviously would be:
Do you own a computer games console?
A:YES B: NO

Okay I am looking for some more questions, but they have to be worded good, if ya know what I mean, and also suitable.

It would depend on what you were trying to find out/prove/disprove/whatever.

It would seem you obviously don't. Putting the horrendous grammar aside I suggest you take a look at Doing Your Research Project[amazon.co.uk] by Judith Bell, that (if if memory serves me correctly) should cover everything you need to know about the proper construction of questionnaires.
