Cath have 3 FR targetting ships... Scorp T2 FR is not really needed. Only FR is recluse that targets CR, Drop Scorp T2, balances the MT Ships available for Cat too.

Depends what rank you are when you make your gains though, in recent rounds Shaz and Ronin have made 'convinent' gains when their rank has been poor which has helped them a lot later on when their scores have got big.
