i'm not generally big on links to random shit for threads. but this really seemed worthwhile for the general edification of the population.

it's the CDC's 2002 sex survey results.

basically, if you aren't getting any anal, you're a loser. and if you aren't getting hummers, you are pretty much the last guy on earth. the theory that a small percentage of adventurous women are serving their rectums to half the US male population is hurt too...apparently 33% of women are 'adventurous' by age 25.

how many of those assholes who get oral but don't give are there? it's not entirely clear. strangely, in both men and women about 8-10% more are getting than giving, but in each case only ~2.5% are actually having oral but not getting any.

A recent UK TV series showed that a lot of people taking these sort of tests generally lie to try and fit in with the percieved image of men and women generally, and that men and women generally had similar amounts of sexual partners etc

True, which is why you always have to take studies like this with a pinch of salt. However, on certain questions (e.g. homosexual experiences) presumably the studies are becoming more accurate as (hopefully) stigma declines over time. Other questions might be becoming more inaccurate though, as people feel the need to exaggerate their sexual exploits or something like that.
