If this thread belongs here or in Pd, but since most of the threads about him have been in AD if figure ill post it here.

Been on hols for a week so this may be played, but i dont see any posts on it.

I was looking through the uni for a target and decided to check out teh prophet. I scanned him and got this: "That planet has been closed and may not be scanned."



Looks like pa finally caught him again, Yet the ( ) makes it look like he is in vac mode. Although ive never gotten that message when scanning someone in vac mode. Anyone know the details?

I think he was trying to provoke the Admin into deleting him. He was in #support talking about it, and set his galaxy pic to be gay porn with 1up logos and Forest's name all over it. He went into vacation, the Admin responded to a 1up complaint, and removed the offensive material, and closed his planet.

Thats all really.

well , addressing to ND People, TP is allready in another alliance for round12, i wont give anymore information about this new alliance on theses boards (you know where to find me). but its seems that TP ios leaveing ND ( who was very kind to give him a shelter and protect him) for the next round, now i would say its ok when you switch an alliance in end of the round, but when you are in the middle of preparation of a new alliance in the middle of the round its like leaving your alliance mid-round, he is in their private channel and got recruited ofc and much more....

now i dont really care, but few weeks ago i told TP i would leave him alone because he said the spotlight are too bright for him on AD, and he said that he really changed, i didnt really trust him but i said that i would give him a little bit of time to breath and rest because he might really have changed, after he put this picture up about forest and xtothez, i knew that this kind of scum will never stop, he likes it, he will continue to harass and provoke people and much more...

So to all the people who give him shelter, you can learn from ND, even if you give the guy some shelter, he will never be loyal to you, the guy is unstable.

By the way, some case has been filed against him rumours says. so we should await for the police to confiscate his computer, and investigate the pasts events.

have a nice day TP, and learn for your past mistakes, never treathen people and when you change your identity and nick in attempt to play PA again, this time become a nice guy instead of being a jerk and a scum that everyone hates.

I'll be the first to say that I was skeptical about recruiting TP into ND. I spoke out against it and said that the negative publicity wouldnt be worth the benefits of having him around.

I'll also be the first to say that I was wrong.

The guy has done nothing but play planetarion while a ND member, has not cheated, hacked, multied, or anything of the sort. If the PA crew deemed it legitimate to close him after putting up a rather juvenile galaxy picture, then so be it, and he'll not play a role in ND PA again. But the PA crew and only the PA crew are the ones that should be given legitimate authority to remove someone from the community. Not Forest, not AD, but the PA crew.

I've got no idea as to what alch is talking about, but life will go on, I'm rather sure of it.

Your post dont make any sence. You didnt want him be course of the negative publicity. Then you go in saying that you made a misstake as he played without cheating or multiing.

And the pa crew cannot remove anyone from the community. That`s all up to the community and has nothing to do with the pa crew.

Thats right, I was afraid of the negative publicity. Then, after a few rather eloquent posts from my colleagues on the ND boards, it was clear that TP was still innocent in the eyes of the PA crew.

If it was so clear, so obvious, and evidence was so readily admissible to testify to the effect that TP is a disgrace to the community and a horrible, horrible rule-breaking extraordinaire - then why was his planet not closed at the beginning of this round?

The point is, that if nobody acted on the rumors, then I believed that they were indeed, just rumors. Since TP joined ND, he has done nothing to prove it otherwise. He has contributed to the ND community as an active PA player, and I'm not going to turn on him due to political pressure from Planetarion's famous crusaders, but rather, wait until the events were handled through proper channels by the people charged with taking care of Planetarion.

erm, barrow let me correct you mate, even PA crew cannot remove him from the community, the community is in a way that no one can endorse it as its community, not even jolt, which mean TP can be here and so be it, we, in no way, can ban him from the community because we cannot decide for another 5k players, but what we can do is put him way way far from us, from our friends and from thing we are connected every day, if someone would harass me and would treathen me everyday, i wouldnt like to see him around, that what we are doing.
I didnt say he cheated but playing this round he was under a very very big eye of the PATEAM and when he put up this obscene picture, he was closed and i can only say, well done PATEAM, there is also young people playing this game you know.

now about the thing that TP is allready joining a new alliance while he is under your flag, you can always contact me on IRC, i can redirect you to his current HC (new alliance) and they will tell you the same im telling you now, the guys is dancing in both weddings, only thing is that his new alliance know he is in ND now and will leave, but ND doesnt know about this.

Anwyay good luck TP, i heard you going to take a 6 month vacation and change your nick to play PA propertly, hope you will choose a nice nick this time.

Any pateam member will tell u they want TP out, but cant as he will just play under a differenet nick. Its why he gets closed round after round. As soon as he steps out fo line he gets closed (round after round).

Any Netgamers admin will tell you they dont want TP on the server, and he just evades bans.

regardless if the PA Community as a whole like TP or not, as Barrow said, he has played PA with ND and followed the guidelines we set for all our members. He has not hacked anyone, cheated, or multied since he became a member of the NewDawn Community, simple as that. As for his planet being closed....I honestly don't believe that the average player, guilty of placing that same pic as a galaxy banner, would have been closed. I have seen far worse than that posted in galaxy pictures, and the pics simply get removed. TP was different. The PA crew had their crosshairs on him from the start. Warranted or not, it's like that...so the minute they saw an opportunity to close him, they did so. It's clear in reading this thread that his days were numbered and he had to do it better and cleaner than everyone else. Be that as it is, ND doesn't have the authority to remove TP from the community anymore than anyone else does. During his time in ND, he has pulled his weight, and we will base our opinions on actions rather than rumors.

As to if he has in fact joined another alliance for round 12, that's his decision and the decision of that alliance's command and there really isn't much anyone in ND can do about it, he makes his own choices. If that is in fact the case, we wish him luck. Do we feel "used"? .... no. TP helped ND, he defended and attacked with ND. We had some laughs. If he choses to go elsewhere, again, his choice, no one elses.

it wasnt just that he put a banner up anyway. he was boasting about it. i saw him go to forest and boast ab out it! for crying out loud...

i've dealt with TP a fair bit since he joined ND and he's been good to have around, always offering def ships etc; i thought maybe he really had changed but i think perhaps the pressure's too much! i think his planet got owned one time and that was enough for him...

The reason TP was allowed to play this round is the same reason anyone was allowed to play this round - until someone can be proven to have broken the eula in some way they will not be closed. As soon as TP clearly broke the eula (abuse bit) he was closed.

It is a shame imo, as I had several quite nice conversations with him and was starting to think he had changed.

He apoligised to me after the round started for his behaviour to that point, before starting abuse again.
