Help
I run a VBulletin forum and for some reason whenever it falls over I can get it running inside of an hour. I've heard that some forums can take days to get running again and that they don't have a spare server just incase something terrible and unforseen happens. Am I doing something wrong ? please advise.

Though speaking for the 'To Be Fair' camp, I was under the impression that Jolt were hosting the forums. And the forums aren't 'the game', they're just ancillary.

So why would they have a spare server for them?

as far as im aware, spare servers WERE available, but the decision was made to not use them, since a new one was on its way in a weeks time.
