Dear America,
Please put a few bombs aside for France, they are a very deserving cause.
Thank You.

France is just going to have to wait its turn. The United States still has Syria, Palestine, Yemen, North Korea, Iran and maybe Egypt before France's turn comes up. It could take as much as six maybe even seven years before U.S. troops are sipping tiny cups of coffee on the Champs Elysee.

But he could conquer France in a few days, perhaps en route to one of those countries. I mean, everyone else who has tried to conquer France recently has suceeded quickly and easily.

In foreign policy you have to look at the greatest threat first. France's only threat is that it has UNSC veto. That can be fixed in a day by taking Paris. When the UNSC resolutions actually start to mean something, France can be taken care of.

A few days ?????
Everytime a US tourist that was in the military turns up at Orly Airport the french government gets the white flags ready and start compiling the list of undesirable's names to hand over to the 'invader'

That mostly being a reference to their foreign policy in threads like this.
And many more Europeans have been to America, or other parts of the world, than vice versa.

I have been to america. I don't see the relevance of it. All I discovered was that a bunch of stereotypes i hadn't believed before were true, and that the american middle class is prosperous.

That strikes me as a difficult fact to prove and of questionable significance anyway (even without defining "other parts of the world"). I've visited Europe; and while it was enjoyable, I can't say it made me an expert on Europeans.

"Other parts of the world" being those apart from Western Europe and the US?
Although I admit that I'm recycling second hand 'knowledge', if someone googles they might find the information they need. I won't do it now, as I'm going to sleep after I post this.
And it was much easier to post something decrying his 'Noone goes to America' point than his 'You learn everything about the mindset of the populace' 'point'.

Hmm, I'm European by birth, yet in Australia at the moment. And I find that many (if not nearly all) of the people here have about the same opinion about the US as I have. Despite what that moronic prime minister keeps telling the world, heh.

Several points.
1. The Normans were a Germanic tribe if memory serves, and not really 'French' as such.
2. For quite a lot of the Middle Ages, England controlled larges swathes of France.
3. We would have had the lot, but Henry V died before he ascended to the French throne.

normandy was a small province of france. The lord of normandy was a vasal to the french King. So to be correct, only a small province of france (and not the entire french kingdom) managed to easily conquer england.

Also, we did actually conquer France, at the end of the Napoleonic Wars. We just gave it back again.
(Obviously it wasn't worth keeping)

Funny thing is, that even if there are 100% support for France or the whole opinion of this forums is against Americanism, it doesn't count for **** among the rest of society. It does not reflect the public in any way at all.
