i don't think it's been decided yet, although buddy codes seem to be out, saddly.

my guess is that it'll be part private gals

IMO if it goes full private it could turn into a blockfest.

Part Priv would be my preference, although I'm not sure how the priv/random ratio would work

Private will result in pre-arranged blocks unless there's some hardcoded limit to the number of alliances that can share a given gal.

Random will result in a similar round to the one previous, although buddy codes imo needed polishing, that was definitely one of the best solutions I had seen thus far.
