Don't make out it was 'ROCK' who slapped FAnG down, it was an existing block (CT/Apprime/Vikings) that ROCK 'joined'.

It was the ships of the block that stopped it, but politically the block had no intention of mass hitting fang until Rock came along

The block were already preparing to hit FAnG prior to ROCK joining. Infact, ROCK decided to try and fence after the 'block' were preparing to hit FAnG the first time around.

ROCK were just padded support and were not the root cause of FAnG getting hit.

There is some nice rewriting of history going on here. ROCK actually left the block that was hitting FANg, because FaNg threatened us. I was in ROCK at the time, and I always felt that we were fencing for the sake of HC top planets.

Anyway, since the Apprime block was practically kingmaking ROCK at the time, that pissed them off, and the block stopped hitting fANG as a result.

ROCK later rejoined the block, but not before having gotten beaten down by (surprise!) faNG & co. I vaguely recall us ending fifth as result, but the PA history site is down and I can't double check.

ROCK hit FAnG untill the round ended, the "block" where hitting everyone else including FAnG untill the round ended.
ROCK pushed to hit FAnG every night, Apprime/Vikings were at war With Ultores mainly iirc.
What i said was that ROCK wernt the only reason why FAnG lost, but in my view the biggest reason, wich goes back to my point, when a alliance decide to hit what Kaiba called "farm alliances" it will eventualy lead to them getting taken down as a result of this, but every round is diffrent, this round the "farm alliances" might be lead by people who is more interested in hitting other "farm alliances" instead of standing up for themself.

Yes this is all about r53, and thats what I'm trying to get to. Its wierd that all these lower alliances are more interested in roiding each other instead of going for the big roids.
