Deconstruction
I was wondering if it could be possible to implement something along the lines of 'deconstructing' a structure. Say it takes 4 ticks to do and you get a 50% refund of the original resources spent on said structure. When tick 700 or so rolls around we dont need research labs anymore and some races or certain govts let people max out cons so they could use these slots. also some times new players build whatever they want and then join an ally who tell them whats best to build. this could also help in these situations! Just something to consider.
