bye bye holland
http://flood.firetree.net/
This is an interesting google-map I found in some news-article. It shows the what could happen if the sea-levels should rise by up to 14m (which is pretty unrealistic, but even if you take just a few meters this looks pretty bad and not only for the netherlands.)

I too am unable to operate this clog water resistance simulator.
Though wood floats right? I'm pretty sure that's science.

Re: bye bye holland
What's the difference between a disaster and a catastrophe?
If Holland is totally flooded it's a disaster. If Koen's not tied down on the ground floor of his house when it happens it's a catastrophe.

Re: bye bye holland
Holland has been flooded before and come back. I don't see what difference being permanently underwater would make.

Do introduce something to this conversation which puts into the mind the words "Doggie" and "Hans' sister" is just so very, very wrong Mr Manson.
Kindly leave the stage.

Re: bye bye holland
And it doesnt work.
For some reason, I can raise the water level 14m , and not one part of the Isle of Man becomes blue.
Bearing in mind we have large areas which are coastal towns and some huge, flat expanses in the north, I feel this is perhaps unrealistic.
