http://speedgame.planetarion.com/signup.pl, with Ticks starting at 12:00 GMT today (Sunday) for everyone to get back into practice, and then tomorrow evening at 17:00 GMT we'll reset, with ticks starting at 20:00 GMT and running, with havocs, throughout the week.
Tick speed will be 1 minute, with stats and the rest of the game settings based on Round 24. There will, however, be no in-game alliances.
