44 Days To Go
David Blaine is in his glass box for the next 44 days without food and only water.
Should be interesting to see if he
a) lives
b) goes insane
c) comes out normal or close to it
personally i think itll happen OR they will pull the plug. i doubt theyd let him die in there.
Also i thoght he was married but this bloke called "harmony" gave him a kiss which 'CONFUSED ME' somewhat???

Its been guaranteed to just be plain water.
Tbh hed never live it down if it wasnt and noone would believe a thing he did was true ever again.
Too much media coverage and too many people watching for him to fake it.

See:
The standing on top of the Eye thing.
There was a foot strap, which was, amazingly, GONE in the later showings.
Or at least so said the BBC, I believe the BBC.

yes of course.
however trickery isnt guaranteeing one thing and then doing another. also others have said 'its only water'
If hes going to do it some other way it wont be through the water thing.
Maybe he will eat the books, socks and blankets or sum such
Maybe your right. who knows.

Indeed. There's a programme on Sky 1 that comes on every now and then that they may as well call "David Blaine's tricks revealed!" because that's all they do.

actually he will be a modern day houdini.
regardless of whether its trickery or not.
hes the first entertainer for awhile that actually entertains and isnt too bothered about what people think if he does something 'wacky'
i like him in a 'makes you wonder' kinda way.

There was a norwegian guy that lived in a shop-front for seven(?) days, living ONLY on fast-food, whitout a toilet and such things. Or, at least after a while, since they took random things out every day. It was named "forfall", and i can't conjure up a proper english term. It's like, slowly destroying something.
'twas pretty fun, and very nasty.

What he is doing isnt special. All the members of his species are able to go for a long time witohut food or water. The only danger is if his false skin melts in the heat and the 17 viewers left watching that are not bored see what he really is

watching him for 44 days is sad
however
wondering whether its real, whether he will live or die, and how hes going to do it is all part of conversation!!!
And mark :
He also encased himself in glaciar ice for 3 days in the middle of times square with no food or water. standing upright.
hes also burried himself for 24hours in a coffin under sand.

There be trickery involved here!
OTHERWISE IT WOULDN'T BE 'MAGIC'
ps
As to the 'maybe he will eat .x.', that's not magic, that's just eating what's around you.
pps
WHY IS HE TAKING LIP SALVE IN?

he said the thing that b othered him the most when he was doing the other things were his lips.
its small things which you dont think off i guess.
like when you bite your nail down too low and it feels funny.

if you had nothing to do
nothing to think about
nothing except chapped sore lips
theyd drive you insane
theyre annoying enough when your running free in the grassy green fields of england towards your country mansion.
let alone in a small glass box next to tower bridge.

My plan is to go over there sometime after a week or so and start a barbeque on the grass next to where he's hanging.
We'll see what sort of tough magician type he is when I start cooking a few burgers, frying some onions and making bacon sarnies.

Of course a human can live on water, the question is for how long, and the answer is longer than 44 days for someone healthy and tubby like him.
