Empire alliance has opened for recruitment. Empire was formed late this round and has many active members. We have outside forums setup so our alliance members can communicate with each other in between the PA rounds. We are looking for IRC active planetarion players to join our ranks. We would like to recruit members for the remainder of this round for an evaluation period. If you pass we will ask you to join us next round.
