Market place for recruitment ingame

I think the recruitment information is way to 90ies.
Why dont we have an option for new players/old players, who ever, to put themself up as "searching for an alliance" ingame, so that alliance can go into this list and see who is actualy looking for a place so they can contact them directly?
Also it would be cool if one could see wich alliances are recruiting, and what their requirements are. The recruitment forums got its purpose, but i think having something ingame would be much better.
