Click. PA isn't
exactly an MMORTS, but there's enough overlap that can be applied to PA.
What the video completely ignores is that players in MMOs tend to start cooperating, on a scale which is completely foreign to the classic 1v1 RTS format, or even 4v4 or FFA.
What it gets right is naming all the problems with tiering, newbies, instanced battles and scale, and providing a few possible solutions.
It's a few years old, but well worth watching.
(I don't have a suggestion, but I feel it belongs on PS because it relates less to the game of PA and more to the game
design of PA.)
