well there are two possibilities:

one is that the chap at the card foundry who sits there all day typing names into the machine was a bit bored and for a laugh, typed Dick Head and accidentally pressed enter too early. this is assuming this is how the cards are made.

Surely you would rather pay someone off over an issue that has been in the media and gives your company a bad name. I doubt he will get much either. A few grand isnt alot to banks.
