is a clue as to how it's done?
Seems like a covert-ops only planet is more practical than anyone expected.
I think in the long term, that planet's growth might be linear rather than exponential and therefore we will catch it up and pass it, but clearly there is no way we can take it down by conventional means.

Really interesting tactic... low networth -> max score gain with covert ops enabled -> covert ops = cheap -> relatively high score.
But I doubt he can keep it up long term.

He stole 280k resource with 1 agent yesterday. He stole over 5M (that was yesterday). He donated it do the galfund to keep his score low. I think they donated all resources to him at once

I covert opped the wrong people they flattened my gal (soz guys). But I defended against people 100x my value and shot several ships down.

So the game can be played in several ways. Nice to see. I wonder if it is possible to stay up there and win. The valuedifferences will keep growing so covert ops will get easier and easier. It might wel be possible to get exponential score like that nog because you grow yourself but by using the exponential score grow from other planets to your advantage.
It might be a feature that needs tweaking but still very interesting.

We all knew that was possible tho its a risk to take that strategy...
atm almost no1 have news but soon a lot of ppl will have and thats part of the game...we will have to play with that as well...
As I said before I find this "new game" a lot more fun that PA and despite the simplicity that the combat now have a lot of other things r more complex and might not be as evident as they used to be....plus in future rounds I think the ships stats will change and the combat will be more complex...
I think PAcrew this time did a pretty nice job!

To be honest i have serious misgivings about the future viablility of PA due to the lack of numbers of players. It owuld be nice if they changed certain aspects, but tbh i dont see PA living all that much longer.

From what I hear they simply overlooked this possibility. And it is an easy fix. So they might just fix it and let me up here for a few more days till others (who play the way it was intended) take over. (But this is just theorizing and heresay.)
