I'm not normally one to shout "OMG CHEATER!!11" in any game if people are winning.
However I do find this a little strange.
LDK aren't one of the biggest alliances out there.
And yet, as you have accused "us", 6-7 alliances launched on two of your planets.
So if 6/7 alliances launched, then how did you possibly cover them both with all your members?
I doubt it is down to some truly amazing calcing, as you had other members to cover, and I'm sure not all LDK fleets were at home. In fact, I doubt all the LDK members were online at the time of incomings.
I'm not pointing fingers, but I am quite curious as to how you miraculously conjured up all those ships?

Discussion of this issue is certainly diverting and amusing, but I think the real point is generally being missed here.
All games are full of players who cheat. This is a fact, and it's not fun or exciting to discuss anymore, except for the fun of pointing fingers and being morally superior (those of us who can be, that is).
The really interesting and amusing point here is that LDK is (and has always, though people didn't notice/chose not to notice in the past) the one alliance who builds their entire rounds' [plural] strategy around a backbone of cheating. ie, how can we utilize/exploit this game's current round dynamics to our advantage...and in r8 and 9.5 (in recent times) it's come down to: 'ok free round; this means we sign up loads of multi planets and use them as an integral part of our alliance's strategy to win.'
The issue right here isn't players who cheat; it's an alliance who uses cheating as the cornerstone of its strategical plans for 'winning.' It's not individuals we're talking about here; it's ingrained, institutionalized plans for how best to cheat the system for the alliance's advantage. That's what's so incredibly dirty about it, and that's why so many people are sick and tired of it. A few individual players cheating is fairly easy to deal with. An entire alliance whose strategical foundation is presupposed on cheating is a pain in the ass...kill one roach, another one will sign up a few more planets to fill in the gap.

the thing is how u use the sources u have and how u have organised your organsation at all and ldk was always good in getting mutch effect with small possibiltys thats one of the reasons why they were successfull in the past. its hard to discribe when u haven't seen it with your own eyes or worked close with them ...

Infact LDK builds their strategy around a few high ranked players. Whomever reaches the top first stays there. They do alot to keep it that way, round 6 pointed that out as well.

And how do you explain the 0.7mill planets, the 2.7mill planets and the 3.5mill planets defending LDK then?

Ofcourse not. But its something wrong when some people claim LDK is so leet, when alot of their defence comes from planets smaller than myself, who has been inactive the whole round..

You actually believe in what you're saying, don't you?
See, people complain about alliance blocking etc. But at least that is a legal political tactic.
Signing up multiple accounts to support the alliance's top players... well it's dirty. Pathetic.

LDK is operating on a huge Lithuanian chat server, It's a massive community. I don't know if you have ever been on a chatserver, I mean a server not ment for gaming, or any kind of other mutual interest but just socializing.
There are ****loads of people on their chatting the entire day, its not something that only happens in Lithuania, for example www.chatcity.nl (dutch irc server) has ****loads of people living on their.
And I mean living.
Now, as LDK is based on such a server and so a lot of them lithuanians have a lot of friends up there being online all day chatting around, a lot of them have indeed a planet for the fun of it and to support their serious playing LDK friends.
colour us black people, I love it. Let them hate us as long as they fear.

Uhm Mr Zhukov, there have been a lot more of these so called 0.7 mill planets attacking LDK then defending LDK. In fact 75% of the recent waves attacking LDK's topplayers are sub 3 mill planets!
The fact is LDK has been better then other alliances since I got to know them in R4 and they still are. They simply have more fighting spirit.
I'm sure there are cheaters in there ranks but not more then the average of any PA alliance.

Okay, I have a question then. How well would LDK do with purely "playing" members? No support planets, no friends helping out. Let's say they have 100 members, all playing to get roids and increase their planet-size, not to escort their top planets' pods around. Let's face it, no regular players have interest in escorting someone else's pods--they lose ships and gain nothing, but their friends gain free roids. If someone asked me to do it, I'd tell them quite bluntly to "**** off".
This isn't a troll. There's nothing illegal about what they're doing, as long as their support planets aren't multi accounts. I just find it interesting that, instead of having a 'normal' alliance, they have taken a different--and "contraversial"--approach.
It is an efficient tactic. Having an army of low-roid, high defense ship bearing planets obviously has advantages in that they're expendable resources. You get what you need out of them (escorts/defense) and don't have to worry about defending them. The formula obviously works, as the results are proof enough of that.

Can I just ask someone who these planets actually are. Are they just random lithuanians that get recruited or what? I must admit I find myself slightly confused by some of the reports I've seen.

Are you claiming that LDK have friends on this network who casually play planets and send defence as/when required and is convenient.

It's nothing new that certain "Creators" ignore obvious account-swappers, cheaters, etc. Especially after they have been reported by FELLOW GALAXY MEMBERS.
I'm still waiting for the apology for allowing two of Round 6's "Dragons" galaxy members to remain open.

None of the defenders are over 10m size, only three are over 6m size and most are well below 4m size.
Not exactly top20 planets last I looked.

2) what is the age expectancy in england?

don't say that, because some people won't accept that LDK infact never stopped existing

Fact is LDK has had the #1 ranking planet in 5 out of 7 rounds they played.
You could also just say : Well played LDK! and take a good look at how they actually do it in stead of trying to think up all kinds of pityfull excuses.

We did look at how they do it, which is why this thread has taken the direction it has

Seems I have to repeat myself.
LDK does not cheat. There may be some members in it who cheat on an individual basis like in every pa alliance. Those people will always be there if there's room for that in the game.

Ok i'll give you a hint.
Take 30-40 "l33t norl" players who aim for top 100 scores.
Take 40-50 who aim for a top 250 ranking.
Do not allow dual alliances and membership of those n0rty BG's with conflicting interests. Have all your members attack and defend with your alliance and you're a long way there.
