I've found that ignoring that attention and flirting with everything seems to work.
I've also found that hooking up with their best friend works too.
...go for option c: Avoid all situations where it might come up like the plague and hook up with someone else. She'll get the hint and it'll save her some pride.

OK, this one has potential. You have to be careful what you choose though. Too gross (eg I like shagging little boys) will probably get you arrested. Anything too tame (bondage?) and chances are they'll go for it.
