It wasn't a "real" account, it was just a bot set up to post on forums. Or someone with a lot of spare time on their hands.

I think the issue that was being driven at was that he's posted one post on many forums (if you're lucky he posts a second one, probably some second-stage initialisation).
I assume he mass pms everyone, but as he says hi (and the second post is the same) in every single instance of him signing up to a board, it's probably not a person.
