Have a problem when i run EQ
Was playing everquest, I alt+tab'd out, now the game is in a window mode. I've tried restarting the game/rebooting the system. All to no avail.

It happened to UT a while back but with eq I just cant play it in a window.

Personally if it were me, I'd make sure I hadn't accidently turned on the option to run EQ in windowed mode. Failing that, I'd post on some proper EQ message boards, and maybe browse through a few technical FAQ's whilst waiting for some kind soul to reply to my question.


People still play EQ? Mind you, I have been playing Morrowind I suppose.

It actually does get more complex as you reach higher levels, but judging the game from a lvl 10 perspective is hardly fair.

On the other hand, Planetside does look quite interesting, if they can make it worthwhile [to play].

At level 20 its the same as at level 10, excpet you're hunting Sarnaks instead of orcs or crocodiles. At level 30, you are lucky that its the same. WHen the hell levels were around, it was worse. At 40 its just the same, only more of it. At 50, its the same, only your dying in the Planes instead of in Lower Guk. AA opens up some interesting oppurtunities, but in the end, its just the same.

Oh, and by then you might own a horse...
