Noone Ive spoken to yet seems to understand how this works. Not that the above sentence even makes sense. Can we get an example ?

e/r being in decimal form of course

That should probably read:
EMP ships have STUNS as opposed to damage.

It means that emp resistance is now a different thing to armour.

Or put another way a phoenix has a 0.71^4 chance of surviving the emp from 1 spider?
