They are already forced in a galaxy..
The only difference is that they'll be forced in a galaxy where there is no buddy pack.
Does that matter?
For some it will, for some it won't..
Are there any numbers available on how many planets were in a buddy pack this round at tick 12? (and how many outside?)
Are we talking 90% of planets in a BP? Or are we talking 50% planets in a BP?

You stating 100 people but looking at the data 100 is way to low..
In this round I tracked 1096 different planets (note planets not players, a player resetting his planet is counted twice).
Of these 1096 planets: - 645 before PT 12 so could've joined a BP
- 191 between PT 12 and PT 311 - they did not get to choose which galaxy they end in
- 260 after PT 311 - these had a choiche to late start in a galaxy
So: how many planets did use the late singup code to get in their desired galaxy?
Looking at my own data suggests up to 13 planets may have used it..

In the xmas round new galaxies were created (I still believe by accident but let's leave that in the middle) and these galaxies were just plain bad..
So just adding a galaxy when the other galaxies are 'full' is not a good solution..
This means: a good number of galaxies need to be created from the start..
Looking at the data suggest that the highest number of planets not in C200 at one point was 711..
(Looking at data from last round: highest number of planets not in C200: 802)
So if the goal is to get galaxies to around 8 planets then 80-90 galaxies or so should be created at PT 12..
This round only had 59 galaxies..
At PT 12 there were 642 planets not in C200, so dividing these over 90 galaxies would lead to 7.1 planets per galaxy.. (or 8.025 planets when divided over 80 galaxies).
TLDR version: A good number of galaxies need to be created at PT 12.

Correct me if im wrong.
I can sign up at pt0, donate all spare res to allie fund, use the rest of it to init res, have the gal im suppose to be in roid me, then wait for a magical tick and join them?
A lot of late starters reset/delete their planet for being abel to late join a gal.

That's pretty damning data, even if it's twice that. There is now no remaining excuse for keeping late signing in the game.

Because, as for many rounds...you can do this once. And as you've mentioned to me in pm, rainbows has been forced to make allies/enemies because of the pathetic state of the game.
Facts:
1. So many barriers to entry for new planets just to be able to breathe. Theres no help, no guidance, no channel of communication.
2. You need more alliances challenging for #1. Not just ult, p3ng, ct
3. The simple fact is that while tags remain this high, some individuals seek the option...simply to survive within the game dynamics.
4. Every round, 3 full tags make a block. Thats around 40% of the elite active member base Taking it seriously. That means you require crazy coordination amongst all others all round long. May as well just have two allies in the game total for that nonsense.
I know for a fact people are fed up with politics amongst the top allies hc's. I also know for a fact that there's a number of fed up pa members posting suggestions or other posts on forums for them to be ignored. They still want to be a part of the community, even if they cant offer the time or intensity it takes to be competitive. Its important to bridge that gap. Theres no better way to do that than by teaching the inexperienced the basics. You wont do that at the current limits

It's meant to. Appocomaster has a rl he'd like to start. Whilst PA turns a small profit they can't justify shutting it down. Kill another 50 paid upgrades and suddenly it starts running at a loss and they can shut it down. It's a very smart plan without getting the community on their backs about it too much. Well done PA team

There was no in game mail.
It was included on the forums in the announcement of round 61.
Multi-Tick was planned but since valid concerns were raised it is not going to be used.

No there isn't.
It will not be happening for round 61.
It has been said before and it was repeated by Appocomaster during EORC.

It seems this round its possible to use the galfund to donate to topplayers in the gal. This is a change from previous rounds where only the smallest planets in the gal are able to get donations.
Was this intentional?

I know both Ronin and Sleepless used it, you can see it in their news scans. Though it is not like it was a huge part of their value, last i heard it only added like 400k. Granted, i think we would all like that added. As far as abuse, the page says you can not send to gal mates below average. It was never said when changes to it were made that you could send to anyone. So, one must think that it was a simple coding error. That one constitutes bug abuse in my opinion. But if PA team doesn't see anything wrong with it, then whatever, it is just something everyone will abuse next round.
EDIT - Apparently it was meant like that, just no one told anyone, so some knew, and others didn't. Imagine that, some people privy to special info that others aren't.

I was in 4:1 and randomly figured this out in the first few days of the round, it was confirmed that it was working as intended.
I also suggest this should be changed for next round, being able to donate resources to top planets, even though they were small donations, is counter-productive!
