So I'm like walking down the road right.........
..........and me and a friend of mine have just left the casino where I won about 250 euro. We're looking for a taxi to hail down but there's none in sight (can't ever find one when you need it eh) so we just keep on walking. We go past these three scumbags, who then run up behind us and start giving us hassle. Then they grab us. They take my friend's phone and then turn on me. Now he had no money in his wallet so they just threw that away, I however have 250 euro in cash on me. So it's **** them but they're not getting that. I run off up the street, chucking my wallet into an alley on the way, but they catch up to me about 50 yards further on. The three of them take my phone and realise I've now got no wallet on me so they get me on the ground and start kicking me in the head.
By this time a security lad who saw us being mugged has rung the cops. Luckily enough they were at a fire nearby and were down fairly quickly. The scumbags see the squad car and leg it away. Unfortunately, for them, they're not too bright and about ten minutes later one of them (with my blood on his t-shirt) comes sauntering back up and I point him out to the garda who stops him. He then tries to run away from the guard and gets badly nailed for it as five others come piling out of their cars about ten seconds later.
Moral of the story: watching some gurrier with a guard standing on his back is a pretty funny sight at four in the morning.

Apparently I should have just given it up. However if I'd done that they might have escaped before the guards arrived and I wouldn't have had the pleasure of watching scumbag #2 being stood on.

Well my mate is pretty small, while the three of them were about the same size as me (i'm 6'2 12 stone). Plus it's a fairly bad idea to hit back in case they pull a knife, which nearly all of them carry.

Yeah I got the shite kicked out of me back bout 2 years now, bout 8 guys jumped me and a m8. They bust my front teeth and split my m8's head open.Stole my phone, stole my m8's wallet and phone as an after thought. They were covered in our blood, CCTV from a local garage caught it all, the cops picked up 4 of em after they left the scene and tried to stab a guy while stealing his car a short time later, confiscated their blood stained clothes. Took blood samples from us. Took our sworn statements and that of the garage employee. Confiscated their knife.
GUESS WHAT.
Did they get charged? Did they ****.
Gotta love the judiciary. Phedo judges getting caught drink driving and still in a job. etc.

Of course you can. Find out who in the "pack" is the leader, give him/her/it a good elbow on the nose, watch the blood fly and the rest of the "gang" dissapear. A good kick in the nuts can suffice, or a really good punch in the stomac followed by a knee in the face. It's all about the looks, if you look like youre pissed off, it does not matter that you just shit your pants, and if your attack looked worse enough, they will think the worst, even thought you hardly hurt the person. (Elbow to nose and knee to head is not recomended if you don't want to hurt people)
Althought, the best way is of course to run like hell.

I'd say Johnny is like most of us, sensible and doesnt like getting punched in the face as it fking hurts.
Oh if there's one thing I've learned from my ass kicking apart from "run you idiot run" is when theres loads of em and one (or two) and you KNOW your gonna get a hiding then focus on one or two of them and start beating them. Your not gonna take em all down with you, you may as well take one out before your overcome.
Plus it makes it easier to find em cause the cops can match the blood on your cold dead fists after they've murdered you for fighting back.

I'm rather confused. Do you think I'm some scumbag prowling the streets every saturday night looking for a fight so I can measure my ninja skills against them? I haven't been in a fight since I was 16. For what it's worth I'd say I could have taken one of them, however there were three and my friend probably would have been hard pushed to take one of them.
