2: Private galaxies are enabled for upgraded accounts.
3: Vacation mode is disabled.
4: DEFENDING has been disabled!!!
5: Most cathaar ships have been improved.
5: Some xandathrii ships have been tuned down.
7: Ticks start on the 18th at 12.00 GMT, and run every minute for 24 hours straight.
