I don't find the battery to be too bad on the k700i, although I had one of the early Three phones. In comparison to that almost anything looks like a perpetual motion machine.

Congratulations Vaio, you've just bought yourself a shit phone.

You can return it if you want within 14 days but they won't refund your £15 (or whatever) of top-up that you either had to put in there or that came with it.

Go for the NEC e616v (another poor battery life phone but better than the e228) or NEC e338 on PAYG. But the better 3G phones are the Motorola e1000 and definitely the Motorola A1000.

The problem with 3G phones at the moment is that they're bulky and have not-so-great battery life. But in the future, they'll improve. I'm certain of that.
