alliance scan list empty when loading page
i think the alliance scan list should be empty when the page is loaded.
now the page contains the FULL scan list, which is a waste of bandwidth.
i think, in most cases people are going to that list, they are in need
of a few scans. if someone needs whole list, he/she still can press the search
button with empty coords.

i know what you mean (from when i use my cell phone to access the game). even the personal scan page can be a bit 'overwhelming' just from all the text you have to look through to get to what you want. its a little better now that the menu's are a pull down at the top though.
