Network Charting - Sneak in a team of Agents (recommended minimum : 15) to reveal bits of the underground contacts to reduce the stealth of the target.

This makes it harder for the target to cov op for a while. Quite a useless option.

It only lowers their ability to cov op. Not their protection against other people's cov ops.
