Too much clicking required. Overall, it's a cool looking site. I chuckled at the police comments at the start.

make the flash self-progressing, and give a "skip flash intro" option. many search engines can't spider it as it's set right now. The bots hate flash, and so do most users.

What flash?
If there was anything to do with flash in it, there would have been a "Sorry, Micro$oft ActiveViruses are disabled on your computer, please enable them" or equivalent message.

flash/splash/opening animated sequences that are uncircumventable. Cool site, but people like to be able to navigate at their own pace instead of waiting on slow animations.

You can click on the images as fast as you want... Takes less than a second to get from the start to finish.

If you're trying to attract users though, this isn't a good idea. Users get annoyed with animations that they feel obligated to watch. The easy fix is a little "skip intro" link that takes you straight into the site itself. Any half-decent web designer knows this but I could be wrong, he could give less of a **** if anyone looks at his site, but somehow I doubt it.
