I read this on fok a few minutes ago. Odd thing is, I agree with his statement in taking as much pleasure from Bush being forced out of office as the downfall of Saddam.
And I wouldn't mind Rumsfeld and Powell going down with him.

Lets hold a sweepstakes on how long it takes for the country of London to be declared a rogue state and invaded.
Lets look at the evidence against them:
  • The President of London is(or was) a practising Communist(or socialist, but lets not confuse matters)
  • They are holding Mr Bush's good friend President Blair inside their insidious lair.
  • There's a lot of oil just sitting there in the form of petrol.
  • They show blatant disregard for the safety and welfare of the American People (well, theres a lot of tourists wandering around, surely at least one of them as been mugged?)
  • They have weapons of Mass Destruction (well, they've got HMS Belfast and Cutty Sark, and they can give the US Navy a run for their money any day)

I put money on the invasion starting in August.

I know the NY one, although I'd guess a lot more people did with Giuliani.

I don't see why many people would know who the DC mayor is though (except when it was the crack smoking guy). Washington DC is a pretty irrelevent as cities go, except for the Federal stuff there which isn't much to do with the city administration. Oh, and they are one of the few major cities in North America which has a black majority.
