SO today i cooked at home
And I made a sorry excuse for a Yakisoba
lots of vegetables, chicken, a lot of shoyu and macarroni...
it tasted ok though i dont know how to use salt propperly.
can you people give me some tips on the art of oriental food?
am I suposed to peel all of the vegetables?
do I have to cook them prior to final gathering?
