Every round has pre determined sides... regardless of who wins it. Now FanG has won we will go into the round with an alliance against them as main rivals (probably TGV) the rest will already know who they want to win and will join the side that achieves that.

Please dont think Ultores is special in this regard, its just that the predetermined blocks have been a more talked about topic because the streak went on so long.
