List of tax-dodgers
There is presently a list of planets which are paying the alliance tax. Far more useful would be a list of planets which are not paying. Also, it might be fun to make this list visible to the whole alliance (although this should probably be configurable if it's done at all).

I suppose it depends on the alliance really. If the tax system is underused and voluntary, the current list could be more useful. Having said that, it's probably better getting the tax system right for those alliances that actually use it properly, and the list definitely used to bug me!

wouldnt you just be able to compare who is paying with your member list?

I'm not sure if this would be a high priority change, but i suppose it shouldnt be hard to be made toggleable*

The list of people paying doesn't seen to correspond with anything at all so it's a tad awkward to say the least.

The list only shows the planets who allow their alliance to take their taxes from their income (checked on the preference page), they can be listed as "no" if they allow it to be taken but the responsible members of the alliance chose not to tax that specific member. Any member not allowing it, is not shown in the list. Hence if you want to be strict with it, you'd have to constantly compare that list to the coords/member list and see if everyone is on there. Perhaps it can be added in a column to the memberlist to have it all in a easy overview (listing yes/no/not allowed or something like that).
