quick question, slightly random
looking for a name:
can anyone remember the things that you used to make at school, that had colours on the outside, then numbers, then you lifted the flaps up and there were insults underneath, well can anyone remember the name of them please?

Re: quick question, slightly random
Do they have a name? In Norway, they were just called something with "spå" = fortune-telling?

I used to make those as a kid as well!
No idea what they were called - to be honest I didn't even know they had a specific name.

Re: quick question, slightly random
'cootie catchers'
you picked a nubmer and opened/closed it that many times and then you picked something from the inside and then opened the flap and got "**** you" yelled in your face and it was 'hilarious'...

Re: quick question, slightly random
We used to put the names of the girls from the class underneath the flaps and do a rhyme involving two names, a corner and after school time.
