i have just payed to upgrade and my sister asked me to check on something for her ( she runs on a different pc , different location, different net ) and ive been locked out.. why ?? i see no reason to contact the PA staff cause she is on a total seppert net,location and stuff and we do not share the same ip and stuff..

why have i been locked out..

You need to give us a case id so that we can look at your individual circumstances, a public forum like this probably isn't the best place to do it, you can email [email protected] or, preferably, open a support ticket so that any of the support staff can respond.

they actuly replyed to my support.. and told me the reason why is was closed.. so i set a plea to them about why the rusult happened.. and i just hope thye can back to me soon..

also can someone direction to to the rules on the game.. for logging in onto a dif comp.. cause thats wot happened.. my sis used my comp when she was here and she uses the same password as i do.. thats the reason they closed my PA account.. so i wanna read some rules which stats no useing same password as a family member..

you can use the same password of another user, it can however imply that you are the same person given other evidence.

thanks for that.. now i jsut got to waite for a reply from PA about weather im allowed to play or not..
