Nobody left our group, even not on saterday when we where on the edge of losing from "Gosu meets ToT".

We started with 19 people(not mutch imho). Did everything on ourself... Attacking/defends.. We had "fun"
Saturdayevening we where having bad wheater... making a "nap" with a-mantra's group(You guys rock).

Sundaymorning we decided to work closer together.. But a lot already quit playing in his BG(I think). Running hard attacks, people not very motivated, and lots of unnecessary fleetloss... Still we ALL kept playing. Militia asked for a "nap" around first break.. We agreed since "Gosu meets Tot" was very big and had loads of players. Fighting back with HUGE battle's on top10 planets... Risking fleets every time, changing tactic every attack.
We where having succes, killing massive.. and getting motivated again....

2nd break we where back... having loads of top planets again.. 'Gosu meets Tot" only needed some final bashing. Since a-mantra/foxman/Krush/problem_child where only 3 active left.. So we took them in our BG... They helped us all round. Also these guys did LOADS of work for us(Before they joined)!! THX AGAIN

Now there comes a part i would have never expected.... Militia(Sad\Wipeout) sticked with there nap... Till the end!
Letting us having the Top3 planet <-- RESPECT FOR MILITIA

I'm so #$#$# happy, finally won a speedround with the people i'm playing with,

Although I got completely slaughtered in action on the second day it was a great speedround!

Many props to Thunder, never saw someone organising battletactics this effective. Great work man, we owe it all to you.

great round, i just want to thank:

the battlegroup, you all did a great job, not giving up when things got a little worse.

my galaxy ofcourse, for sticking together while we had all 4 BG representate in it, was little hard with def/att every now and then, thank god Martin, Sad and I kept our heads cool !


and also Gosu for being a good opponent ! apart from that 1 incident everything was pretty nice.


most of all, thanks thunder! or BC, our scanner, our motivator you worked your ass off for the Battlegroup, really good job! i owe you!

I had 6 pages tactic plan, ^^ this was the first section. We had 4 top10 planets(not only the Top 3, which i read somewhere else). To accomplish this position, i had to sacrifice a lot of fleets from other players(Thx Guys). Sad\Wipeout BG had 6 top10 player, of course an outstanding position.

For people who think "Big Blocking" won a round again, don't even think about it. At start I agreed with a-mantra's BG that we would both focus on hitting "Gosu meets Tot" since they where for me the most feared enemy(And you where great enemy's). We didn't exchange coords, we didn't had a nap.. We also hit there planets... tbh, I was hitting everything except gals WE had some players in.
Atm we where going great, having 4/5 planets in the top10... Different people of my BG asked if they could invite other players into OUR BG, players who where in Bad BG's, cause they knew we where doing pretty well... I said NO.... I'm not like that... I don't like taking defectors in.. I don't like blocking.. I HATE it. Ofc I knew refusing these people, would mean we would have more enemy's..... So? This is a "fun" game remember...

So our start was great, but I think it was about the time I had newsscans(18:00 Cest) things changed... Sad split from a-mantra's group(dunno what happened over there) and I "think" he had a nap with "Gosu meets Tot". We where losing top spots, getting loads of incoming. Defence calls everywhere...

At that time, I agreed with a-mantra in exchanging coords, so we wouldn't hit each other... Cause we needed every single ship to focus on "Gosu meet Tot". We had 19 people... I dunno how many people where still playing with a-mantra(maybe you can clear it up) but I don't think it where more then 10... This means we had about 30 players.... 30 of 200.. That's 15% of the universe... I think "gosu meets Tot" had more playes(have no clue tbh)... But at least they had more together with Sad\Wipeout's group.

Sunday morning almost all my BG was in time to start attacking again.. I didn't had the feeling we could turn our odds.... We where on the losing side imho... But we kept going... Hitting 4:1:5 (Sorry sjor, but I think you where the hardest guy to beat over the weekend) time after time... We kept on going, trying to break some top planets... We used different tactics, sending in fake fleets, then real... Vice versa... Most of the time I demanded my people to Pull.. Cause of defence, maybe we could have waited for 1st tick... But I didn't want to risk it.

We had some "small" successes but I thought not enough tot win from them... Then some things changed... Sad\wipeout's group wanted to break(dunno what your agreement was with "Gosu meets Tot") from "Gosu meets Tot". I think it was about 13:00 CEST when that happened. I agreed in getting "Gosu meets Tot" down before doing other stuff... Still it was only a change of focus... No full nap, we still hit each others planets..

At that time we started to succeed in getting the top10 down.... We took them down 1 by 1.... Often I had to make hard decisions.. Sometimes I knew we would have heavy Casualties... But it was needed to take them out of top10... Our top players atm(Desse/ TheSeeker) where fighting other battle's at that moment.... So we didn't risked there fleets....

One time I had to make a very hard decision... We where attacking a top20 planets, which the #1 was defending... I knew they had more defence then we had attackers.. But I also knew that taking away there #1 player and dealing heavy damage to a lot of others, would make some players to stop... Or play less active...

The plan worked.. My players lost a lot. some there whole fleet(sorry for that) but it was needed... I typed in channel "Sometimes you need to lose, before winning"... This was true.. Since our top planet didn't participated in this battle, he was #1 again... I could sense that people in our BG where getting very motivated because of that... Seeing we where doing well again... Seeing we where back again.. Even though they DID lost ALL there fleet.... <-- So ****ING great you guys kept playing for OUR BG.........

Around 21:00(Cest) we had "Gosu meets ToT" and think some others totally down... 2 hours before that a-mantra's group didn't had a BG anymore.. They had about 3 very active people(Foxman/Krush/Problem_Child and a-mantra self ofc)... Because they helped us all day, and part of the day before... I decided to took them into |R6B| ... These guys where the only people that joined before start...

So now us and Wipeout\Sad's BG where left.. Us having 4 top10 planets... Them having 5 or maybe already 6 in Top10... I was afraid we would have to start the battle for the #1 planet.... I was very tired of organising things which I did for almost 2 days now... And was pretty afraid they would start attacking... I started thinking... With 2,5/3 hours left... You need the whole universe to take down the Top3 planets... So I could sense the smell of victory.. But didn't know what Sad\Wipeout was planning to do... I had 20 people marked as ours... We didn't had more, NEVER had more.... I asked Sad when fighting 'Gosu meets Tot" there coords, so we could avoid them, and only hit "Gosu meets Tot".. I had 40 planets marked as "Sad".... So was still thinking what would happened....

I think Sad was happy with his #1 galaxy... Happy with 5/6 planets in top10... Tired of fighting(like me), and maybe he didn't had even 20 planets active... I don't know.... I don't care tbh

We agreed that we would stick together till the end...<-- THIS WAS NO BLOCK FROM START
Only an agreement not to fight each other for the last 2,5 hours..... I thank them a lot for this... Don't know what the outcome would have been when we would have fought for the last 2,5 hours... Taking whole Top3 down was impossible I think.... But taking all of them down, was impossible as well....

I hoped a cleared some things... keep in mind that I only know OUR part of the story... I can't speak for Sad, a-mantra or Gosu... I have no clue what they did during the round... Agreements or what so ever.... Maybe I'm wrong at some little points... But this is the "global version"

I'm damn proud I organised this BG.... Damn proud being your BC.... Damn proud being your scanbitch.....

BUT without all of you... we wouldn't have made it....

P.s. About my own planet.. I was scanplanet, never was over 1.2 Mil score, and 150 roids \0/ Never did any attacks, sometimes faked some defence \0/

I just wanted to add that Thunder is talkin the truth about our membercount, i tried to recruit my galaxy into the Battlegroup as they didnt had an group, but he wouldnt allow me, i think Sad and Radon recruited most of my galaxy after that, but i didn't mind because i knew they were in good hands.

From the start of the game we didn't had any allies, we fought the start on our own strenght, to gain amantra and his small but elite group, we helped eachother out allot, amantra being in my cluster helped allot

And Sad, thank you for keeping your word,and keep the nap with us untill the end of the round, i heared it costed allot of effort. many people might have expected that you would backstab us, but i knew you wouldnt mess up our galaxy, we had too much fun together to mess that up ! thanks allot militia aswell btw !

Sjor, sorry man, at the end of day 1 we were very very close to the #1 spot both. First i got knocked down from top 10 by your BG, later on you were knocked down, i was lucky tho that you guys stopped after 3 waves, and there was enough time to rebuild and get me back up again.

Last but not least, All you guys who sacrifiesed their own planets just to make me win, i really have to thank you guys for the support, and i wouldnt forgive myself if i didnt finish #1, you guys deserved it!

This speedgame was allot of fun, i hope we will have a new random speedgame soon, i hope to see you all there again!

Oh yea..great fun to have your gal sold out from around pt 100, really made it easier to achieve anything at all.

Gal got buttrammed mostly because of that, aswell as people playing for/with BG's instead of the gal.


Had slightly more fun when i exiled where most of the few who played day 2 were nice people (lo Minthos, Madonna and some other guy)

I was sitting two days next to Thunder and it was sometimes pretty tensed even the last hour with all these lemmings on TheSeeker and having def fleet ready to sent as soon as it was needed. Thunder, good job mister!
