[Classic Game] Cant remember the name of this , but ...
It was an AOE type top down strategy game, except you built a town, and within it you funded guilds (Rogues/Wizards/Hunters/Warriors/Druids, etc etc). You had no direct control over the characters in the towns, instead what happened was the bigger you made the town (improved guards , houses, etc) meant you attracted more people and made more taxes.
This in turn allowed you to place bounties on the heads of enemies roaming the lands , and on their castles and keeps. The higher the bounty, the more likely the heroes from the guilds would go in search of them. Of course , rich heroes came back to town and spent their gold in the blacksmiths inns you had created and thus increased your amount received in taxes, etc etc.
Can ANYONE remind me what this was called so I can go and find it again.
PS : Does anyone know where I can find the original "Rage of Mages" as well, as its one of the few games of that Genre i never finished.
