The sitcom
Sorry i try not to make more than 1 thread in a day but i was just thinking that with all the dry wit, deadpan humour and 1 liners we have amoung our collective GD brains, Surely we have the basics to write a decent sitcom.
Im thinking a student type setting maybe a kind of 21st century Young One's but with more sex, drugs and (incest?)
Some series long characters are needed as well as cameos so please create a character for yourself and then we can get down to acting out some episodes in real time.
So we need characters / titles and settings please
Name
Age
Sex
Clothes
Equipment
Skills
Catchphrase

Re: The sitcom
Comedy writing isn't usually that linear, unless you want something that lives and dies on the strength of an individual gag (which is poor writing).

Re: The sitcom
It would be better as an odd couple style show with Dante and Nodrog as flat mates.
[edit] Yahwe and Deffeh would also work well.

Re: The sitcom
Yes! This is exactly the kind of witty dialogue which is going to make Barflies And Barristers the talk of TV forums the world over

Re: The sitcom
We could do a reality show staring Travler and his wife named 'Blessed Blogs' or something catchy doing with insanity.
