Toilets
I went to Pizza Express today.

All of them were not flushed.

It's something most people feel strongly about - most sane people anyway.

If the government wish to remain in power they should listen to the people's concerns.

Therefore, a law should be set to keep toilets clean and smelling pleasant.

Why not make supertoilets that detect if there's anything inside it (by water displacement, weight etc) and flush automatically after a while if not flushed (and if there's no-one on it, you don't want the toilet flushing when you're in the middle of a long crap).
