yeah obviously less fencing in those rounds :P if anything galaxy fencing has proven to work less than before because there are more allies that don't have planets in the top fenced gals, and thus more reason to hit them.
Clearly all those rounds there were actualy some will to compete for #1 tag.
And i think the comments of the 3 FAnGs in the winning gal r49 clearly claimed that some certain FAnG HC tried to their gal mates at all cost, even though they were top ranked players if the competing alliance.
All these rounds there were was wars being fought, this round you have the top averaged roids alliance NAPed with both 3/5 of top5 ingame?

Late signers (1/2) should be available to galaxies outside the top25 imo. Level the playing field a little

WHY do we need a spot, set in EVERY BP for a late signer? God please explain this to me why the round should have two "tick starts", one early and one later one?
Planets should be able to move from random to a BP wich original were one planet short instead, though limiting it to gals bellow rankXX.
Late signers? Why? What? Who came up with this horribole idea, and who implented it?

I think the original idea was that it would give new or returning players a chance to play even if they didn't happen to remember PA at tick 0. It obviously didn't work out that way.

It seems like its too well thought through for "abuse" for it to be someone thinking this was to help new players/returning players
