couple of quick questions

1. does it still cost eonium to launch fleets ?
2. is it still harder to take peoples roids if you send larger fleets like in the old days ?

also i was wondering.......

i know if your in the same allaince as someone your eta drops by 1 tick, but does the same apply to people in the same cluster as you, and if so does it drop by 2 ticks your in the same cluster AND alliance ?............ thanks for any replies

You might reduce your cap if you sent too much, yes. And there is no cluster ETA advantage.

if the people in your galaxy are in the same alliance as you, does that reduce the eta by 2 ticks ?

also i don't think there is any disadvantage for sending bigger fleets on attacks

Indd, but you can see at what tick your fleet will land after you set you fleet for launch.

sorry guys i got another question, how do you send fake fleets ? and how do you determine how many ships the target thinks you're sending in them ?

1. go to the 'fleet' screen put ships in the fleet you want to launch as a fake fleet (for instance 100 fighters)
2. go to the 'mission' screen, select as mission 'fake attack' for the fleet you want to launch

The fleet will launch for real, but the ships will automaticly return just before they reached their destination.

one more question. right........
i'm the GC of a galaxy with a paid account, but not everyone in my galaxy has a paid account.
Now there is someone in an inactive galaxy that wants to join my galaxy with a paid account, can he join ours now, or does he have to start a new account ?

Well people join galaxies random. Unless you have a private galaxy. But I have a feeling you didn't start a private galaxy when you signed up.

If you did not sign up a private galaxy, then he can't join your galaxy. Not even if he signs up for a new account. (There's a chance though he will end up in your galaxy if your galaxy has a free spot and he exiles.)

If you do have a private galaxy then for a certain amount of time he can join your galaxy by entering the galaxy key in his preferences screen. If he's too late then signing up a new account would be required.
