Share tips?
I have £7,000 sat in a bank account and I don't need it until September. I want to invest £1,000 in seven companies, three of which must be low risk, two medium, and two high risk.
Do you have any good tips?

First "me" reply?
I'm not too high-risk, and in return for 1.5k, you would receive an annual dividend of 14 s.
Can't say fairer than that...

Short-term investment is an oxymoron.

Old dry rolling tabacco can be rejuvinated by boiling a kettle, and putting the tabacco on a thin cloth which is then held above the steam.

sword i dont think that £7000 is that much to invest
and i doubt you're going to make much on it in 4 weeks
why dont you take the £2000 for the high risk venture, go to a casino, and bet it all on black at the twirly round table thingy, you know the one with the little ball, its close to 50-50 and you could walk away with £4000 or you could lose the lot.

over the next month and a half your well thought out investments have a pretty even shot of losing or gaining money.
but once you've paid to make the necessary trades, odds are pretty good you'll be in the ****.
what stock market do you euros invest in anyway?
i'd recommend opening a bank account; with that kind of money mabbe they'll give you a blender or somesuch.
(ps: if you insist on going with stocks the important thing is to never invest in any company you've heard of)

I'd look into a currency exchange.

Roulette is a negative expectation game.
You'd only lose money on it.

Invest in this online game called Planetarion. I've heard it's all the rage among kids these days.
