i dont know whether this problem has been sorted yet or not... but if it happens again, here's what to do:

go to my computer / control panel / printers and faxes (right-click) unpause.

if this fails turn it off then turn it back on again.

if that fails there could be one of many problems that I could tell you about but you wouldn't be able to sort so I wont. call in a tachie.
