trade tax
where does it go?
i think we should get something back from this like a lottery system, once a week all the tax should be donated to an active small player or players depending on how much tax is in the fund, as we don't really want someone jumping from rank 987 to 127 in 1 tick.

Trade tax made with either your gal fund or your ally fund go into each respective fund. Trade tax with the universe is lost for ever as far as I know... unless the PA Team is siphoning it for illicit activities...
