Remove inactives and shuffle at tick 72 ?
Any chance this can happen? It would benefit everyone, and everyone would start out on same terms. The way it is now, gals with no inactives have a huge advantage compared to the gals with 2-3 inactives in.

I think 3 days to move inactives maybe a little soon. We do need more memebers and that could maybe scare some of them off. I do think that 14 days before delection of inactive free acconts is to long though. Maybe change that to 7 or 5 would be great.

Inactives should be quarantined from the regular universe; put them in their own galaxies or clusters until they're deleted. If they become active then move them back into the regular universe. If you quarantine them, then all the 3-days-is-too-short, 14-days-is-too-long issues are largely moot.

Re: Remove inactives and shuffle at tick 72 ?
As was suggested by several people long ago... there should be paid gals and unpaid gals... any other way is just unfair to those paid players who get stuck in a gal with 5-6 unpaid ones, and have to fight gals full of paid players or spend weeks trying to exile until they get decent gals.

Re: Remove inactives and shuffle at tick 72 ?
I believe the problem under discussion here is inactive accounts; not unpaid accounts.
Segregating unpaid accounts--especially without doing something about inactive accounts--would eliminate much of the value in the 'free trial' concept as new players will see only a 'dead' galaxy and have little incentive to upgrade to a paid account.
Of the many problems in PA, I think inactive accounts are a far bigger problem than unpaid accounts.
